The PRO was built to neatly store adjustable dumbbells (up to 90 pounds) on each side, making it a more versatile option for strength training. Unlike our other benches, the sides of the PRO tilt outward so that you can easily pick up and put back your weights safely.

Made of thick gauge cold-rolled steel with a polyurethane foam molded top, the PRO is built to last. The bench top elevates to eight positions for exercise versatility and doubles as a plyobox. Experience comfort and stability simultaneously.
